(Note: I'm using lyric translations from here for the sake of essaying because it's convenient since there's translations of all of the songs there, but Gackt's lyrics tend to be really layered and hard to translate so I'm working on understanding them for myself, and collecting every translation I see)

Age: Unknown, but HIGHLY unlikely he's older than 100. Essay forthcoming. Physically, he appears to be at the upper end of camper aged.
Height: 162cm if I remember correctly.
Weight: Not much
Medical Info: Is a VAMPIRE. Needs blood at least every month or two. Has a heartbeat. Will burn when left in the Sun, but heals fairly quickly and can stay out for quite a bit if he's got something to cover himself with.
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Short and blond
Physical traits: Short, lean and pretty. Quite pale, but it's the sort of pale you get from staying inside all day rather than because he's a vampire. Has a pair of wings tattooed on his upper back.

What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Pretty much anything. He's taken from a point in his canon where he knows most major spoilers and even what ends up happening in the rest of his canon wouldn't surprise him too much, though it'd make him emo more.
Abilities: Crazy strength (he punches straight up from lying on the ground and it takes the guy he punched 15 seconds to hit the ground again) and fast enough to dodge bullets fired at nearly point-blank range. He's also pretty good with guns and children.
Notes for the Psychics: Nothing really special. Lots of angst about having to take peoples' lives to survive and screwing things up for the only person he really cares about.

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask first
Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Depends on the character. Probably ask first just to be safe
Maim/Murder/Death: Already dead, can't be re-killed by anything except the Sun pretty much. That said, anything like this would need to be planned out heavily beforehand (What do the moogles do for the undead?)
Cooking: Fairly decent at more simple food since he's pretty much raised three kids


And now the information-gathering part: Would your character recognise Kei as a)a vampire b)a character from a movie c)Hyde?

The movie itself is fairly obscure, so it's unlikely that even characters familiar with Japanese pop culture would recognise him except maybe to go "Oh yeah, that vampire movie Hyde was in", unless they're big movie buffs, Hyde fans, or possibly if they come from mid-2003, which is when the movie was released. Hyde, on the other hand, is the lead singer of one of the most popular rock bands in Japan, so Kei will probably at least look familiar to anyone who comes from Japan from the mid-90s onwards.
